About
Independent verification for Erasmus+ KA1 providers
ErasmusCourse is an independent verification project for Erasmus+ KA1 teacher training providers. We are currently in beta, with formal incorporation in progress.
Why we built this
Schools across Europe spend thousands of euros on Erasmus+ KA1 mobility every year, and coordinators are left doing their own research to figure out which training providers are legitimate. There was no single place to compare verified providers, check real dates, and understand what you were actually paying for.
We built ErasmusCourse to fix that. Every provider on this platform has been verified against four independent registers before their first listing appears in search results. We do not list unverified providers.
How we verify providers
Every provider goes through four verification steps before being listed. These checks are repeated whenever we receive a complaint or notice a discrepancy.
VAT and legal registration
We verify the provider's VAT number and legal entity name against the EU VIES database. The registered entity must match what is invoiced to schools.

ESEP listing confirmed
We cross-check every provider on the European School Education Platform to confirm their KA1 course listing is official and active.

Operating legal entity
We confirm which entity actually delivers courses and which entity issues invoices. No hidden subsidiaries, no invoicing surprises for schools.

2025 geographical eligibility
We confirm the provider's courses comply with the updated 2025 Erasmus+ geographical eligibility rules for KA1 mobility.

Free for schools, always
Teachers, coordinators, headteachers and school administrators use ErasmusCourse at no cost. We never charge schools to search, compare, or submit enquiries. We never take commission from Erasmus+ grants or course bookings.
Providers listed on the platform currently list for free during our launch period. Future optional paid tiers will offer enhanced features, but the core listing will always remain free.
Beta status
ErasmusCourse is currently in public beta. The platform is fully operational: providers are verified, listings are live, and enquiries are being forwarded. We are refining the experience based on early feedback before a wider launch.
Formal incorporation is in progress. If you have feedback, questions, or want to report inaccurate information about a provider, contact us at info@erasmuscourse.com.
