If your organisation was listed on the European School Education Platform, your verification is fast-tracked. Your ESEP history counts as proof of past delivery. We check VAT via VIES and your legal entity, and you can be live within 48 hours of applying.

Free to list, always
Listing is free. We do not charge providers to be verified. We do not charge to appear in search results. We do not take commission on enquiries or bookings. Schools pay us nothing either.
Future paid tiers will offer optional premium features (enhanced profiles, lead alerts, and analytics), but the core listing will always remain free.

Eligibility
Requirements to be listed
- Legally registered entity in an EU member state, EEA country, or Erasmus+ programme country
- Valid VAT number or local equivalent, verified via EU VIES
- Proof of past course delivery: Europass certificates issued, invoices, or prior ESEP listing
- Compliance with Erasmus+ geographical eligibility rules
- Operating for at least 12 months
- Europass certificates issued to course participants
We do not list:
- Providers with no track record of delivering Erasmus+ KA1 courses
- Brokers or resellers who do not directly deliver courses
- Providers whose VAT registration cannot be verified via VIES
- Providers operating for less than 12 months
Verification
How verification works
Verification typically takes 48–72 hours from receipt of a complete application. Former ESEP providers are prioritised and usually live within 24 hours.

Fill in the online form with your company details, VAT number, contact information, and evidence of past course delivery.
We verify your details
We check your VAT via EU VIES, verify your legal entity, and review your proof of delivery: ESEP history, Europass certificates, or invoices.
We contact you
If we need anything else we will email you. Once verified, we confirm and set up your provider profile.
Your courses go live
Your listings appear in search results and SEO pages. Enquiries are forwarded directly to you, at no cost.

- Operating contact details: who delivers courses and issues invoices
- Proof of past delivery. Choose one: ESEP listing URL, sample Europass certificate, or a brief description of courses delivered with approximate dates

If your organisation is already listed on ErasmusCourse and you need to update your course dates, pricing, descriptions, or any other details, contact us and we will make the changes for you promptly. This includes adding new courses, removing outdated listings, or updating your provider profile.
