ErasmusCourse (erasmuscourse.com) is an independent platform that helps teachers, Erasmus+ coordinators and school staff find and compare Erasmus+ KA1 teacher training courses across Europe. The platform is operated by ErasmusCourse.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform:

• Enquiry form data: your name, email address, school name, country, role, and the details you provide when submitting a course enquiry. This is forwarded to the relevant course provider on your behalf.
• Review data: if you submit a course review after attending, we collect your rating and written feedback, associated with your booking token.
• Usage data: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page usage patterns. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Cookies: we use a small number of functional cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

• To forward your course enquiry to the provider you selected
• To send you a confirmation email when your enquiry is submitted
• To send you pre-course reminders if a booking is confirmed
• To invite you to leave a review after course completion
• To operate and improve the platform

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with any third party except the course provider you specifically enquire with.

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to fulfil your enquiry request) and legitimate interest (to operate the platform and send relevant transactional emails). Where required by law, we rely on your consent.

• Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from submission
• Booking and participant data is retained for 36 months from course completion
• Reviews are retained indefinitely as part of the public course record
• Server logs are retained for 90 days

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
